Coaching platform for a Glasgow personal trainer
A mobile-first coaching platform that replaced spreadsheets and rigid off-the-shelf tools for a Glasgow personal trainer and his clients.
Visit the live site →The problem
The coach ran his practice across multiple platforms, including Trainerize and Google Sheets, whose development he could not control. The tools were rigid, engaged clients less than he wanted, and made for a poor long-term client experience.
What Evoloop built
- Coach dashboard for client management: status tracking, profiles, tags, and per-client tracking-field assignment
- Mobile-first daily logging with a habit tick-sheet mode and compliance percentages
- Weekly check-ins covering bodyweight, progress photos, and reflections, with a coach review workflow
- Progress graphs, adherence scores, and an at-risk client overview for the coach
How it runs
- Runs on the T3 stack: Next.js, TypeScript, tRPC, and Prisma, styled with Tailwind CSS
- Clerk handles authentication with separate coach and client roles
- PostgreSQL database, built multi-tenant from the first commit
- Cloudflare R2 stores photo and file uploads, Resend sends email notifications
- Hosted on Vercel with a CI and deploy pipeline

Where it is now
Invite-only. In private use with the coach’s own clients, roughly 14 at migration. UI polish is ongoing before any wider rollout.
